I asked Andy to help connect Ninox with Outlook Contacts to add a new contact or update an existing one should it be needed. Because of the way we interact with customers, the initial details collected can vary substantially, Andy worked through making sure no duplicates could be created and the information was always going to be sent accordingly. During the testing of this Andy identified that Ninox was sending the information to Ninox upon each field being completed which was causing problem. From there he created a webhook in Zapier and linked it to a button in Ninox for us to add customers to our contacts when we feel appropriate, this was a big plus for us and I am super grateful for his efforts!

We have an Instagram store that we are using together with Hubspot and local e-wallet solution. We wanted to automate some of our consumer payment processes with Hubspot but there is no API for the e-wallet. For several frustrating days, I tried to get my real estate inbound leads zapped to my CRM but nothing seemed to work. I also tried to get help from one of my lead source but they blew me off. I was skeptical about pricing etc., so I read a lot of reviews and chose Andy. I’d rather have one person that knows my company, and not have a whole agency. He jumped on a call with me and we solved the problem (problem was creating a zap that would connect our customers in Shopify and Hubspot by adding specific tags to customers as they moved stages) really fast right there (took about 30 minutes, I was expecting to just discuss, but Andy suggested we just jump into it). He also had more suggestions for me and helped me think of other ways to automate our business to help us scale. We spent $65 (super reasonable price) and it will definitely be made up in terms of the time we’ll save with the process created. Looking back I actually wish I had booked the hour long call. I was a little skeptical going in on our project because I have been trying to connect Servicem8 to Zapier to get the two to connect for reporting purposes. I had successfully made some basic Zaps, however they were not enough to provide us with meaningful reporting. Andy was able to use API and Javascript to write some pretty tricky Zaps for us and we not have a really powerful picture of what is happening in the operations side of our business.
